Mount Arlington, NJ and New York, NY — March 13, 2014 — Exigent Technologies, a leading managed IT and cloud services company, today announced it was named to Nine Lives Media’s seventh-annual MSPmentor 501 Global Edition, a list and report identifying the world’s top 501 managed service service providers (MSPs). This is the second year in a row that Exigent Technologies was included in the distinguished list.

The MSPmentor 501 report is based on data from MSPmentor’s global online survey, conducted between October and December 2013. The report recognizes top MSPs through a range of metrics, including annual managed services revenue growth, revenue per employee, managed services offered and customer devices managed.

“MSPmentor congratulates Exigent Technologies on this unique honor,” said Amy Katz, president of Nine Lives Media, a Penton business. “Qualifying for our MSPmentor 501 Global Edition puts Exigent Technologies in rare company.”

MSPs featured in the MSPmentor 501 list this year increased their combined annual recurring revenues $2.61 billion, continuing seven straight years of strong growth. Together, those MSPs now manage more than 700,000 servers, according to Jessica Davis, managing editor, MSPmentor.

“We’re thrilled and honored to once again be selected to this elite list of the world’s most successful MSPs,” says Daniel J. Haurey, president, Exigent Technologies. “The recognition truly is a measure of the business value that we’re delivering to our customers across the U.S. and the thousands of small and midsize companies that rely upon Exigent Technologies and its broad-based IT expertise to drive growth and success for their businesses.”
With three locations nationwide including a new satellite office that opened in San Bernardino, California earlier this year, Exigent Technologies is a full-service IT consulting firm that implements and maintains high-performance IT systems for customers across a wide range of industries. Recently, the award-winning MSP launched a new Turnkey Cloud services offering to help ensure its customers are benefiting from cloud computing and leveraging the cost-saving advantages of IT infrastructure as a service (IaaS).

“Managed IT services and cloud computing are perfectly suited for small and mid-size businesses that want to maximize performance and efficiency, while minimizing expenditures,” says Haurey. “We’re pleased to once again be recognized by MSPmentor for our leadership and success, and want to say thank you to our customers for trusting us with your business year-over-year.”
